Andree Riechert
General Manager and owner
Andree Riechert has more than 20 years experience in the field of flight information display solutions.
Since 1988 Andree Riechert has designed and widely developed two FIDS systems. The first
development (1990-2000) has been
installed on numerous airports worldwide (Kuwait, Beirut, Johannesburg and others) and is still
distributed by the German
display manufacturer Conrac GmbH.
During the last years the technology and especially the network
environment (Internet, Browsers etc.) has changed dramatically. To meet these requirements
he carried out a decisive step into today's new web technology. The new
flight information display system “Fids3” has been designed by him. Together with a team of high
skilled software engineers the new solution
was developed between 2005 and 2010 and is continuously subject of extensions and improvements.
All experiences and feedbacks of
the earlier 'Fids2' system flow into this new product which is one of the most state-of-the-art
systems available on the market. The system is extremely
fast, robust and reliable. It already runs on an Internet live server for free evaluation.
Andree's extensive experiences in the airport and aviation field was also
inquired by the German Air Traffic Control (DFS) to get their new so-called PSS (Paperless Strip
System, written in Java) into production which is the new workbench of the air traffic
controllers (ATC) organizing the German airspace.
